Coaching with me is more than just a conversation. It’s a catalyst. Whether you’re navigating burnout, identity, overthinking, confidence issues, or just trying to figure out what next looks like—I’m here to hold space, ask powerful questions, and walk with you as you rise, grow, expand.

Strategically – Every session is grounded in a goal, tailored to your style, and crafted with care as taught by one of the best coaching institutions in the world.
Spiritually – My coaching is informed by faith, humility, and divine guidance—though it’s fully inclusive and client-led. When you know, you know. And I know because He lets me see what He knows. It’s pretty cool though daunting sometimes - I can see too much than the situation requires which is why relentless training is a core aspect of my preparation.
Realistically – No fluff. Mild performance. Mostly real work, in real time, for real people.

What Makes Me Different

I combine my clinical experience as a nurse with my training as a certified coach. I’ve sat with people in their lowest moments—in A&E, in mental health wards, nursing homes, death bed, birth tubs, in quiet, unseen pain and so much more over 15+ years.
I’ve trained in neurodivergence awareness, trauma-informed practice, and behavior change theory. I have no interest in professionally formalising my psychological knowledge, I do have a great interest in psychology itself and keep abreast of new development by way of networking, journals and research.
I’ve designed a flexible, affordable coaching model—so that growth is available to more people, not just the privileged few.
You’re doing more than just paying for my time—you’re investing in a safe, structured space where you’re seen, supported, and stretched. There i a ton more you’ll get that you’ll experience for yourself. Most of my life, there is a peace I bring to the one who sits next to me. That unconditional love and respect I receive from above, I pass onto you with all of my heart.

I am not better than you and you are not better than me. You are not worse than me and I am not worse than you. This goes for any other human we compare to. All are the same because all came from the same source and are heading to the same place yet none remain the same between that.
