Enasni Connections Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds Policy

At Enasni Connections, we are committed to delivering exceptional services that meet your needs. If you need to make changes to your booking or are unsatisfied with your experience, our return and cancellation policy is outlined below for your convenience.

 

1. Cancellation Policy

Single Sessions:
Scheduling or rescheduling a coaching session
requires at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours notice are subject to the following policies:

  • Coaching-day cancellations incur a £5 penalty charge.

  • Cancellations outside of same-day notices but within the 72 hour notice period incur no additional fees, but refunds will not be provided.

  • Clients with three or more cancellation episodes without proper notice may be declined re-admission to coaching services. 

Packages:

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase and before any sessions have been used are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days or once the first session is used, refunds will be prorated based on sessions used and will include a 15% administrative fee.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling follows the same policy as single sessions.

Intake Sessions:

Scheduling or rescheduling an intake session requires at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours notice are subject to the following policies:

  • Intake-day cancellations or rescheduling incur a £5 penalty charge.

  • Cancellations outside of same-day notices but within the 72 hour notice period incur no additional fees, but refunds will not be provided.

  • Clients with three or more cancellation episodes without proper notice may be declined re-admission to coaching services. 

2. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their sessions up to 72 hours in advance without penalty.

Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in the session being forfeited without charge, however no refunds will be provided.

Rescheduling requests made on booking day shall incur a £5 penalty charge unless due to extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remains entirely at the discretion of the coach.

3. Refunds

Eligibility:
Refunds are available for unused services cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Process:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via
email within the applicable refund window. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval and will be credited back to the original payment method. Approval can take up to 7 working days, due to a small workforce, we do appreciate your patience and understanding. Truly.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

Completed sessions, workshops, or any other services delivered by Enasni Connections, as agreed are non-refundable.

Digital products or downloads, if applicable, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

5. Dissatisfaction or Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us via email or phone. We value your feedback and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

6. How to Request a Cancellation, Reschedule, or Refund

To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2 - Provide Details: Include your full name, purchase date, service details, and reason for the request.

Step 3 - Await Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-7 working days.
